Regional theaters and music venues weigh-in on the federal stimulus offer cash headed their way

The federal stimulus offer recently passed by congress includes $15 billion in funds for the theater and new music location industries, and for many industries in Western New York this is the lifeline they’ve been ready for.

Ring is also the WNY agent for the Countrywide Independent Venue Association (NIVA). The stimulus money will place music venues in a placement where by they can pull out their checkbook and catch up on some expenses. 

“The funding will aid us with mortgages, rents, insurances, taxes, payroll, utilities, almost everything from web fees, authorized solutions, accounting,” Ring claimed. “Basically every single sort of working day-to-working day working price all corporations have.”
